Nexmejor Vendor Agreement

1. Vendor Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete product listings, including descriptions, prices, and images.
• Fulfill orders promptly and maintain professional communication with customers.
• Comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and platform policies.
• Respond to disputes within 48 hours.

2. Commission and Fees

• A 2% fee is deducted from your payout for each order before funds are released.
• Payouts are released to your verified bank account after the customer confirms the order or any dispute is resolved.

3. Product Listing and Inventory

• You are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and updating listings.
• Prohibited items include illegal goods and counterfeit products. See the Terms and Conditions page for the full list.

4. Order Fulfillment

Process and ship orders within 48 hours of confirmation.

5. Dispute Resolution

Disputes with customers are mediated by Nexmejor. You must cooperate fully, and funds may be withheld until resolution.

6. Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement with a 30 days written notice.
• Nexmejor may suspend or terminate your account for violations, such as fraud or repeated disputes.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your intellectual property but grant Nexmejor a license to use it for platform purposes.
• You may not use Nexmejor’s trademarks or content without permission.

8. Marketing & Platform Promotion

Nexmejor may feature your store or products in marketing campaigns, newsletters, or social media. You may opt out by contacting support@nexmejor.com.ng.

9. Confidentiality

You agree to protect sensitive platform data and not disclose it without consent.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Nigerian law, with disputes resolved through arbitration in Lagos.
